The Gauteng Department of Sports, Arts, Culture and Recreation in
partnership with the City of Johannesburg Municipality Region 7, Sport,
Recreation and Aquatics, will host the Arts and Culture festival. This is to
enhance relations with organisations and individuals who are active in the
implementation of arts and culture programmes and also to ensure growth of the
arts and culture environment.
Individuals and groups will be displaying their talents when they perform in
drama, music, traditional and modern dance, and gumboots dance. There will be
prizes galore for the winners from different categories.
