The MEC for Finance, Ms Barbara Creecy and MEC for Transport, Mr Ismail Vadi will hold a joint news briefing on Monday, 10 November 2014.
The aim of the event will be to announce details of the Open Tender project, which will enhance transparency and accountability in the process of buying goods and services for the provincial government. The project will also demystify the tendering process in order to fight fraud and corruption in the procurement processes.
