Members of the North West Provincial Legislature have elected Honourable Philemon Mapulane as the Deputy Speaker of the North West Provincial Legislature during a sitting held at the Legislature Chamber today.
Honorable Mapulane was sworn in as a Member of the Provincial Legislature (MPL) on 17 July 2012. He is also serving in the Provincial Executive Committee of the ANC as a Treasurer.
