Minister of Police to meet with Food and Allied Workers Union on farm issues

The Minister of Police, Nathi Mthethwa will meet with the leadership of the Food and Allied Workers Union (FAWU) tomorrow to discuss farm workers’ issues in relation to safety and security. This meeting takes place following after our engagement with the leadership of the Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging (AWB) this week. The issues affecting the farming community, including farm murders, need to be understood from both the farmers and workers’ spectrums, hence this engagement with FAWU.
