The role of the Labour Movement in the implementation of the country’s Skills Development Programme will be central in the speech Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Blade Nzimande, will deliver tomorrow at South African Commercial Catering and Allied Workers Union (SACCAWU’s) 6th National Bargaining Conference at the St George’s Hotel in Pretoria.
At this conference SACCAWU is planning to review and revise its strategies for organising, campaigns and collective bargaining.
