Minister Carlisle to draw first of two winners of R50 000 Safely Home Road Safety Reward

Minister of Transport and Public Works, Robin Carlisle, will be conducting the first of two draws for the R50 000 Safely Home Road Safety Reward. The campaign is aimed at drivers and motorists who remain fine-free over the festive season.

The campaign was launched last week as part of a behavioural economics technique aimed at establishing a culture of obeying road rules by promoting an identity of responsible road users.

Minister Carlisle will be presiding over a draw that will identify the eligible candidate for the reward.
