The Provincial MEC for Social Development, Dr Ivan Meyer, will be conducting a site visit to the Friends Day Care Centre. MEC will engage with the staff and learners, at this establishment. It is envisaged that this visit will create awareness for the facility and the service it renders to people with special needs.
