MEC to release Safely Home back to basics results

Tomorrow, Wednesday, 2 June 2010 Western Cape Community Safety MEC Lennit Max will release the results of the Safely Home back to basics focus on cellular phone and seatbelt offences by provincial and city authorities since the launch of the initiative in March.

The MEC will address the media at a road safety awareness display in the Golden Acre, where traffic officials will use the Safely Home seatbelt convincer to demonstrate the importance of wearing a seatbelt.
