In line with his oversight role, Western Cape MEC of Community Safety, Dan Plato, will this week conduct oversight visits at South African Police Service (SAPS) stations and in communities to address issues like drugs and gangsterism plaguing communities and to promote community police relations and civilian oversight.
Tomorrow, Wednesday 27 July, the MEC will be at Manenberg Police Station and the media is invited to join him.
There will be photograph and interview opportunities.
