Patricia de Lille, the Minister for Social Development in the Western Cape will tomorrow, on the first day of the six-month amnesty period for partial care facilities (crèches), host a press conference.
Tomorrow, 1 February 2011 is day one of the amnesty period, which runs to 31 July 2011.
Ms De Lille will share with the media her personal message to parents and crèche owners, after which she will provide a full update on the process.
