Tomorrow, Western Cape Economic Development MEC, Alan Winde, will reveal a ground-breaking new incentive to attract international companies to base their call centres in the province.
This is the first incentive of its kind in South Africa.
The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry has been identified as a priority sector for economic growth and job creation in the Western Cape.
This new incentive, in partnership with internet solutions, complements other government incentives and will bolster the target of creating 10 000 jobs in the call centre industry in the next three years.
