Minister of Education Angie Motshekga announced the overall results on 4 January 2012. Announcements of provincial results follow later on 4 and 5 January.
Matriculants will be able to get their results from 06:00 on the morning of 5 January. Learners can collect their results at schools, view it on the national Department of Basic Education's website or in the newspapers.
