The repealed Subdivision of Agricultural Land Amendment Act 33 of 1984 intended to:
- to amend the Subdivision of Agricultural Land Act, 1970 [repealed], so as
- to substitute certain obsolete designations; and
- to abolish the prohibition of certain actions regarding portions of agricultural land without the written permission of the Minister of Agriculture; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
