The Second Railways and Harbours Acts Amendment Act 89 of 1976 intends:
- to amend section 1 of the Railways and Harbours Pensions Amendment Act, 1941, and section 1 of the Railways and Harbours Pensions for Non-Whites Act, 1974 [repealed in 1990], so as to insert a new definition "Republic of South Africa", and
- to provide for matters incidental thereto.
