            The Revenue Laws Amendment Act 70 of 1963 intends:
- to provide that a reference in any law or document to the Commissioner for Inland Revenue shall be construed as a reference to the person who, in terms of the Public Service Act, 1957, is the head of the Department of Inland Revenue, and
- to amend
- the Transfer Duty Act, 1949,
- the Exchequer and Audit Act, 1956 [repealed in 1976], and
- the Stamp Duties Act, 1962 [repealed in 1968].
