Rationalisation of Corporate Laws Act 45 of 1996

The Rationalisation of Corporate Laws Act 45 of 1996 intends:

• to provide that certain corporate laws shall apply throughout the Republic;
• to repeal certain other corporate laws; 
• to provide for the retrospective incorporation of certain putative close corporations; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
