The Promotion of Local Government Affairs Amendment Act 82 of 1988 intends:
- to amend the Promotion of Local Government Affairs Act, 1983, so as
- to further define "local authority";
- to provide that members of the Regional Services Council Association be represented In the Council for the Co~ordination of Local Government Affairs and In the action committee of that Council; and
- to provide for certain administrative work to be performed by officers In the public service; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
