Price Control Amendment Act 80 of 1967

The Sale and Service Matters (previously Price Control) Amendment Act 80 of 1967 intends:

• to amend the provisions of the Sale and Service Matters Act (previously Price Control Act), 1964 [repealed in 2011], relating to
  • definitions,
  • the fixing of prices,
  • deposits in respect of containers,
  • the issue and retention of invoices,
  • the conditional sale of goods,
  • the keeping and preservation of records and the granting of exemptions; and
• to provide for certain incidental matters.
