The Prevention of Organised Crime Amendment Act 24 of 1999 intends:
- to amend the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, 1998, so as:
- to effect certain textual improvements;
- to further regulate the Criminal Assets Recovery Account; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
