Powers, Privileges and Immunities of Parliaments and Provincial Legislatures Act 4 of 2004

The Powers, Privileges and Immunities of Parliaments and Provincial Legislatures Act 4 of 2004 intends:

• to define and declare certain powers, privileges and immunities of Parliament, provincial legislatures, members of the National Assembly, delegates to the National Council of Provinces and members of provincial legislatures; and
• to provide for incidental matters.
