The Population Registration Act Repeal Act 114 of 1991 intends:
- to repeal the Population Registration Act, 1950;
- to amend or repeal certain laws so as to abolish the distinction made therein between persons belonging to different races or population groups; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
