88 of 1967

The repealed Physical Planning Act 88 of 1967 intended:

  • to promote co-ordinated physical planning and the utilization of the Republic's resources and for those purposes to provide
    •  for control of the zoning and subdivision of land for industrial purposes and of the establishment or extension of factories,
    • for the establishment of controlled areas,
    • for restrictions upon the subdivision and use of land in controlled areas and
  • for other matters incidental thereto.
