The Performers’ Protection Amendment Act 8 of 2002 intends:
- to amend the Performers' Protection Act, 1967, so as:
- to define an expression and to amend a definition; and
- to make new provision for restrictions on the use of performances; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
