Occupational Diseases in Mines and Works Amendment Act 137 of 1991

The Occupational Diseases in Mines and Works Amendment Act 137 of 1991 intends:

• to amend the Occupational Diseases in Mines and Works Act, 1973, so as
• to do away with the limitation on the amount of a special award; and
• to increase certain benefits payable in terms of the said Act; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
