The National Health Amendment Act 12 of 2013 aims:
- to amend the National Health Act, 2003, so as:
- to provide for the establishment of the Office of Health Standards Compliance and, for that purpose, to insert, substitute or delete certain definitions;
- to delete, revise and insert certain provisions; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
Commencement
- 2 September 2013 except for Sections 2 and 3 (Government Gazette 36787, 30 August 2013)
- Sections 2 and 3 commence on 1 September 2014 (Government Gazette 37730, 10 June 2014)
