56 of 1997
The National Arts Council Act 56 of 1997 intends:
- to establish a juristic person to be known as the National Arts Council;
- to determine its objects, functions and method of work;
- to prescribe the manner in which it is to be managed and governed;
- to regulate its stafl matters and financial affairs; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
