27 of 1977

The Moratorium Amendment Act 27 of 1977 intends:

  • to amend the Moratorium Act, 1963, so as:
  • to include in the definition of "service" certain service rendered by a citizen allotted in terms of Chapter VIII of the Defence Act, 1957, to the South African Police; and
  • to provide for the suspension of the obligation of a citizen rendering service to pay certain debts which become payable while he is rendering service; and
  • to provide for incidental matters.

To be repealed by Defence Laws Repeal and Amendment Act 17 of 2015
