Members of Statutory Bodies Pension Act 94 of 1969

The Members of Statutory Bodies Pension Act 94 of 1969 intends:

• to provide for the establishment, control and administration of a pension scheme for, and the payment of pensions and other financial benefits to, certain persons serviog in a fulltime, paid capacity as members of certain bodies established by law, or performing full-time, paid Government service in any other capacity prescribed by law, and to their widows; and
• to provide for other incidental matters.
