Members of the South African Indian Council Pensions Act 86 of 1974

The Members of the South African Indian Council Pensions Act 86 of 1974 intends:

• to provide for the payment of pensions and other benefits to members of the South African Indian Council and to their widows and children; and
• for incidental matters.
