The Medicines and Related Substances Control Amendment Act 19 of 1976 intends:
- to amend the Medicines and Related Substances Control Act, 1965, so as:
- to further regulate the authorizing of persons as inspectors;
- to provide for the delegation of powers; and
- to further define the power to make regulations.
