83 of 1982

The Laws on Cooperation and Development Amendment Act 83 of 1982 intends:

  • to amend the Black Affairs Act, 1959, so as
    • to authorize the State President to make regulations providing for the preservation of secrecy in connection with matters dealt with by the Commission for Co-operation and Development; and
    • to provide for penalties for contraventions of such regulations;
  • to amend the Community Councils Act, 1977 [repealed in April 1984], so as to authorize community councils to borrow money and to apply or invest money of such councils not immediately required for the purposes of such councils; and
  • to provide for matters connected therewith.
