Kimberley Leasehold Conversion to Freehold Act 40 of 1961

The Kimberley Leasehold Conversion to Freehold Act 40 of 1961 aims:

• to provide for the transfer of the ownership of certain erven at Kimberley to the lessees or licensees thereof, for the exemption from the payment of certain duties and fees payable in connection with such transfer and the performance of certain acts in pursuance thereof, and
• for matters incidental thereto, and
• to amend the General Law Amendment Act, 1957.
