Judges’ Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Amendment Act 10 of 1994

The Judges’ Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Amendment Act 10 of 1994 intends:

• to amend the Judges' Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act, 1989 [repealed in 2001], in order to provide for the remuneration and conditions of employment of the President and judges of the Constitutional Court; and
• to provide for incidental matters.
