Independent Commission for the Remuneration of Public Office-bearers Act 92 of 1997

The Independent Commission for the Remuneration of Public Office-bearers Act 92 of 1997 intends:

• to provide for the establishment of the Independent Commission for the Remuneration of Public Office-bearers to make recommendations concerning the salaries, allowances and benefits of office-bearers; and
• for matters connected therewith.
