Hague Convention of the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction Act 72 of 1996 [repealed]

The repealed Hague Convention of the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction Act 72 of 1996 intends:

• to provide for the application in the Republic of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction; and
• to provide for matters connected therewith.
