The Government Employees Pension Law intends:
- to make provision for the payment of pensions and certain other benefits to persons in the employment of the Government, certain bodies and institutions, and to the dependants or nominees of such persons;
- to repeal certain laws, and
- to provide for matters incidental thereto.
