The General Law Amendment Act 17 of 1970 intends:
- to amend
- the Liquor Act, 1928 [repealed in 1978];
- the Magistrates' Courts Act, 1944;
- the Hotels Act, 1965 [repealed in 1974], and
- the South-West Africa Constitution Act, 1968 [repealed in 1994]; and
- to provide for incidental matters.
