The Fund-raising Amendment Act 41 of 1980 intends:
- to amend the Fund-raising Act, 1978, so as
- to extend the objects of the board of the South African Defence Force Fund;
- to prescribe the penalty for a certain offence; and to effect certain textual alterations; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
