The Financial Relations Further Amendment Act 54 of 1963 intends:
- to amend the Financial Relations Consolidation and Amendment Act, 1945 [repealed in 1976], and
- to empower provincial councils to provide for certain expenditure in connection with the 1820 settlers memorial and to prohibit by ordinance the acquisition of certain land by prescription.
