The Extension of Powers of Executive Committees and Administrators Act 41 of 1964 intends:
- to empower an administrator of a province to acquire, in certain circumstances, a piece of land or portion of a piece of land traversed but not occupied by a public road, and
- to provide for matters incidental thereto.
