The Estate Agents Amendment Act 10 of 1985 intends:
- to amend the Estate Agents Act, 1976, so as
- to make the provisions of the said Act applicable to close corporations doing business as estate agents; and
- to include the sale of interests in close corporations in the business of estate agents; and
- to provide for incidental matters.
