Establishment of the Northern Cape Division of the Supreme Court of South Africa Act 15 of 1969 [repealed]

The repealed Establishment of the Northern Cape Division of the Supreme Court of South Africa Act 15 of 1969 intended:

• to establish the Northern Cape Division of the Supreme Court of South Africa;
• to abolish the Griqualand West Local Division of the said Supreme Court; and
• to make provision for matters incidental thereto.
