The Distribution and Transfer of Certain State Land Act 119 of 1993 intends:
- to regulate the distribution and transfer of certain land belonging to the State and designated by the Minister as land to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of this Act; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
