Act
- to repeal or amend certain laws so as to do away with certain powers to differentiate between persons of different races; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the State President and the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:- .
Repeal and amendment of laws
1. The laws mentioned in the Schedule are hereby repealed or amended as set out in the third column of the Schedule.
Short title and commencement
2. This Act shall be called the Discriminatory Legislation regarding Public Amenities Repeal Act, 1990, and shall come into operation on 15 October 1990.
