The Customs and Excise Amendment Act 114 of 1981 intends:

to provide for the continuation of certain amendments of Schedules Nos. 1 to 6 of the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, and for the commencement of certain Government Notices amending Schedules Nos. 1 and 3 to the said Act; and
to effect certain amendments of Schedule No. 1 to the said Act; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
