135 of 1991

The Criminal Law Amendment Act 135 of 1991 intends:

to amend the Criminal Procedure Act, 1977, so as to provide that certain witnesses may give their evidence through intermediaries and that certain persons may be detained in or placed under protective custody;
to amend the Correctional Services Act, 1959, so as to effect certain consequential amendments; and
to provide for incidental matters.
