53 of 1983

The Courts of Justice Amendment Act 53 of 1983 intends:

to amend the Magistrates Courts Act, 1944, so as
- to provide for the keeping of trust accounts and books of account by messengers of the court; and
- to further regulate the serving ofemoluments attachment orders;
to amend the Supreme Court Act, 1959 [repealed August 2013], so as to provide for the keeping of trust accounts and books of account by deputy-sheriffs; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
