Cape Town Foreshore Amendment Act, 1987 (No. 37 of 1987)

Act

• to amend the Cape Town Foreshore Act, 1950, so as to do away with a restriction in respect of the use of certain portions of the foreshore; and
• to provide for incidental matters.

BE IT ENACTED by the State President and the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:-

Amendment of section 10 of Act 26 of 1950, as amended by Proclamation 241 of 1980.

1. Section 10 of the Cape Town Foreshore Act, 1950, is hereby amended by the deletion of subsection (2).

Short title.

2. This Act shall be called the Cape Town Foreshore Amendment Act, 1987.
