Cape Statute Law Revision Act 25 of 1934

The Cape Statute Law Revision Act 25 of 1934 intends:

• to repeal specifically those laws of the Province of the Cape of Good Hope which have been repealed otherwise than specifically or which are no longer required, and
• to declare which of the local laws of British Kaffraria, Griqualand West and British Bechuanaland are still in force.
