The Black Laws Amendment Act 54 of 1952 intends:

  • to amend
    • the Black Labour Regulation Act, 1911 [repealed in 1964],
    • the Black Land Act, 1913 [repealed in 1991],
    • the Black Administration Act, 1927 [repealed in 2006],
    • the Black Administration Act, 1927, Amendment Act, 1929 [repealed in 2010], and
    • the Black (Urban Areas) Consolidation Act, 1945 [repealed in 1986]; 
  • to repeal certain provisions of British Bechuanaland Proclamation No. 2 of 1885 and
  • to repeal the Black (Urban Areas) Amendment Act, 1945.
